The Real-Time Bidding Exchange
The Charter of the Exchange

Terms & Conditions

Effective 1 January 2026 · Adopted by all parties admitted to the floor · Rev. 37
Article I

Admission to the Floor

Accounts are admitted to buyers, sellers and publishers who complete registration and accept this charter. Adon3 may decline or suspend admission where fraud, policy breach or non-payment is suspected.

Article II

Conduct of Auctions

All transactions clear through real-time auctions. Bids and asks are final once submitted for a given impression. Adon3 operates first- and second-price auctions as configured per endpoint.

Article III

Supply-Chain Transparency

Every party warrants the accuracy of its sellers.json and supply-chain (schain) declarations. Incomplete or falsified chains may be rejected and the responsible account suspended.

Article IV

Traffic Quality

Parties shall not introduce fraudulent, bot-generated or misrepresented traffic. Adon3 applies anti-fraud filtering and reserves the right to withhold payment on invalid activity.

Article V

Fees & Settlement

There are no setup fees. The exchange margin is disclosed in-platform. Publisher payouts are raised on the monthly billing date and settled Net 15 from approval, by the methods offered, subject to verification, to the minimum for the chosen method, and to any holdback for disputed activity. A balance below the minimum carries forward to the next period.

Article VI

Reporting & Reconciliation

Figures shown in reports are reconciled to the impression and represent the authoritative record. Discrepancy claims must be raised within thirty (30) days of the period in question.

Article VII

Data & Privacy

Each party is responsible for lawful collection and transfer of any personal data in the bid stream and for honoring applicable consent signals. Adon3 processes data solely to operate the exchange.

Article VIII

Intellectual Property

The adon3 platform, marks and documentation remain the property of Crimson Vana Limited. Nothing in this charter grants a party rights beyond use of the exchange as intended.

Article IX

Liability

The exchange is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Adon3 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.

Article X

Amendment & Termination

Adon3 may revise this charter with notice posted to this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may close an account; obligations accrued before closure survive termination.

Article XI

Adon3 is operated by Crimson Vana Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 15885604, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
