Correspondence · Common questions

What buyers ask before connecting a bidder.

01Which OpenRTB versions does Adon3 support for demand?
Adon3 accepts OpenRTB 2.5, 2.6 and 3.0 over JSON, and also offers an XML feed for supply that has no auction object to build. You map one endpoint, confirm the formats you support, and apply authentication and traffic limits to it.
02What is the auction latency?
Auctions clear in about 37 milliseconds. Your bidder answers inside the response window configured on your endpoint, and requests that miss it are recorded as timeouts in the request logger.
03Is there a setup fee or a minimum spend?
No. There is no setup fee and no minimum commitment. Buyers usually start on a controlled slice of traffic, validate response behaviour and reporting, then scale the connection.
04What inventory can a DSP buy through Adon3?
Curated supply across more than 120 geographies in banner, native, video, push, popunder and interstitial formats, on web, mobile web and in-app inventory. Every bid request carries the impression, the floor and the declared supply chain together.
05How much control does a buyer keep over price and pacing?
Floors, bid strategy and first- or second-price behaviour are set independently on each endpoint, alongside QPS caps and pacing controls. CPA-goal rules pace spend and adjust bids toward a target cost per action.
06Can we see why a bid lost?
Yes. The request logger traces request and response detail for every bid that is filtered, times out, loses or clears, and live reports reconcile spend against impressions and conversions.
