Adon3 is operated by Crimson Vana Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 15885604, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Crimson Vana Limited is the data controller for the information described in this policy.
We collect account details supplied at registration (name, business email, company, role and endpoint contacts), billing and settlement details, and support correspondence. We also record operational logs generated when your systems connect to the exchange.
Bid requests and responses routed through the exchange may contain identifiers, IP addresses, device signals and coarse location supplied by publishers and sellers. We process this data to run the auction, apply filtering and produce reconciled reporting.
We rely on the performance of a contract for account and settlement data, legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and service improvement, and consent signals passed in the bid stream where consent is the applicable basis for advertising data.
Publishers and supply partners are responsible for collecting and transmitting valid consent and transparency signals (including TCF strings and applicable US privacy strings). We honour the signals we receive and pass them onward to eligible buyers unaltered.
We use data to operate and secure the exchange, clear auctions, detect invalid traffic, produce reports and invoices, meet legal obligations, and communicate with account holders about the service.
We share data with the buyers, sellers and publishers party to a transaction, with infrastructure and analytics providers acting as our processors, and with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses together with the safeguards required by UK GDPR and GDPR.
Account and billing records are kept for as long as the account is open and for the period required by tax and company law thereafter. Bid-stream and auction logs are held on a short rolling window for reconciliation, fraud investigation and dispute resolution.
Access to production systems is restricted and logged, data is encrypted in transit, and credentials are issued per endpoint. We review access and retention on a periodic basis.
Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to [email protected] or to the registered office and we will respond within the statutory period.
